People AI Lead
Key Responsibilities
- AI Orchestration: Develop and execute the strategy for Agentic AI and bots to automate support and streamline routine People Operations.
- Service Design: Own the content and design strategy for the Company Intranet and JSM Service Desk, championing a "self-service first" culture.
- Process Engineering: Architect and optimize end-to-end workflows—from onboarding to offboarding—to maximize organizational productivity.
- Product Roadmap: Act as the functional Product Owner for the People Tech stack, bridging the gap between People Ops needs and technical IT requirements.
- Change Management: Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption by training the People team to effectively leverage Generative AI in their daily roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in People Operations, HR Tech, Talent Strategy, or People Transformation Consulting.
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated success implementing AI/LLM solutions specifically within an HR or People Ops environment.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence; familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Cursor) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Frameworks: Strong background in Agile, Human-Centered Design, and formal Change Management methodologies.
- Analytical Rigor: Expert in process mapping and data-driven decision-making (an I-O Psychology background is a significant plus).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships and integrate AI tools with enterprise HCM platforms.
