Job Description:

  • Conduct operational support for Oracle RightNow CRM workspaces
  • Define, document and align users profiles with business functions, create workspaces, and develop automated workflows
  • Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Develop operational reports and dashboards
  • Provide documentation of processes and procedures
  • Completed at least two (1) Oracle RightNow CRM implementations/upgrades with a good balance of functional and technical expertise
  • 4-6 years technical  experience demonstrating a solid background on successful Oracle RightNow CRM implementations/upgrades
  • 4-6 years of RightNow implementation experience:
  • Oracle RightNow Intent Guide Cloud Service
  • Oracle RightNow Web Self Service Cloud Service
  • Oracle RightNow Mobile Cloud Service
  • Oracle RightNow Chat Cloud Service
  • Oracle RightNow Custom Add-in development
  • 3 years of .NET(C#) experience is must.
  • Experience as an Oracle RightNow Technical lead resource with full life-cycle implementations and/or upgrades
  • Service Cloud leading practices and overall fit within Oracle’s CX portfolio
  • The candidate must have good problem solving skills, excellent coding/debugging skills, the eagerness to learn new technologies and a proven track record as a strong developer.
