What do we need:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist our customers and Independent Business Owners (IBOs) by solving any issues with our websites, mobile apps, and eSpring/Atmosphere products. This is a 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11pm) position.

What's special about this team:

The Technical Support team is responsible for making sure our customers are taken care of whenever they call customer service for help. This is a fun working environment and the team loves working with customers and IBOs to solve their problems. You would be reporting to one of the Supervisors of the team.

How you would contribute to the role:

Do you love technology and working with people to solve their problems? Are you great at talking on the phone? If so, this is the position for you! As a Technical Support Rep, you will help our customers and IBOs with any technical issues they are having. This might mean you are helping one IBO with a question about the website on one call and helping a customer with their eSpring water filtration system on the next.

Day to day, you will handle around 40 calls/emails per day, doing the following:

  • Troubleshooting with customers
  • Answering product questions
  • Finding workarounds for problems
  • Suggesting maintenance steps

There will be 6-8 weeks of structured training that we will provide to you, covering our sites and products. This training will start on 1st shift, and after training you will move to 2nd shift for work.

  • You can speak and write in both English and Spanish (not required, but preferred)
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree (not required, but preferred)
