ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive or Business Development Executive who will have key responsibility for identifying new clients and growing strategic accounts. In this key role you will cultivate deep relationships, and bring your existing book of business to grow the company. This role will be responsible for growing a steady pipeline of opportunities, meeting with clients virtually and face-to-face, partnering with account management and delivery, and expanding an account with additional consultants. The Business Development Executive will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about customer needs and putting together pitch decks, proposals, and recommendations to clients to win the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grow Existing Named Accounts (Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Avalara)
  • Open up Net New MSA's in PNW - Target list of Google, Alaska Airlines, Costco, REI, Meta, Nike, Micron (Not exhaustive)
  • Bring existing book of business and relationships to Amplify and sell Amplify Consulting Services in the form of managed services, consulting, and project-based engagement.
  • Partner with Leadership, Account Management, and Delivery Engagement Managers to grow existing customer base by leading strategy sessions, identify industry pain-points and trends that Amplify can potentially support.
  • Schedule 10 meetings a week and bring in SME’s as needed to technical scoping calls
  • Quota of $2.5M-$4M annually
  • Build pipeline 2x of quota
  • Meet in person or virtually with key potential customers to build relationships and identify customer pain points.
  • Identify new lead gen opportunities and pursue new opportunities to grow business within account
  • This role will report to the Head of Sales, and will partner heavily with a dedicated account manager and engagement manager within a marquee account
  • NICE TO HAVE: Expertise selling any of these specific capabilities: Agile, Microsoft Azure/PBI, Snowflake
  • 4-7 years in business development roles providing management consulting, project management, data analytics, marketing, or digital transformation capabilities
  • Strong Book of business in Seattle, WA (PNW) with relationships with Directors, VP’s, and C-Level executives with business needs that span management consulting, marketing, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Strong bias for action, highly motivated and ability to eliminate roadblocks in deal cycles.
  • Strong command of English language and great communication skills
  • Charismatic, passionate, empathetic to customer concerns, relatable, and competitive
  • Based in greater Seattle area and work PST time-zone

Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000

(plus commission)
