About the Role 
The Finance PM will lead and support through client’s full FP&A cycle, evaluate and improve current processes of financial management reporting deliverables (Forecasting, Budgeting and Resourcing Management).  This role will perform adhoc analysis and present findings and actionable suggestions to leadership to enable them to effectively manage their portfolio.  This role is also expected to have a deep sense of ownership, ability to identify process improvement opportunities, drive positive change across the organization, and enhance partnerships between Finance and various business and Technology groups 
Responsibilities 
  • Provide monthly financial and performance reporting.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis support and guidance to Technology managers and Directors to help them evaluate performance and make effective decisions regarding budget management.
  • Gather & analyze data from different data sources and present in an informative manner. 
  • Evaluate existing processes & reports and establish best practices across portfolios, implementing new tools and processes as appropriate.
  • streamlining, automating, and standardizing operational and financial processes across the portfolios as appropriate
  • Provide communication and coordination support with client groups as well as across other corporate function teams.
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Must be local to Seattle and willing to travel into the Seattle client office at least 2 days per week
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and project management skills 
  • 5+ years Accounting/Finance performance reporting including budgeting & forecasting
  • Analytical tools & presentation experience: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI data analysis & report development preferred
  • Ability to identify, improve and automate processes 
  • Ability to distill information and influence decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS    
 
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.  
The beginning salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000
