ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Technical Program Manager at Amplify, you will be directly with Starbucks as our client. Your responsibilities will include programmatic and analyst support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will require that you:

  • Lead end to end product setup activities involving cross functional business partners to ensure successful promotional launch periods.
  • Lead project change management process related to promo launch activities including product enrichment, error resolution and cross business communications.
  • Facilitate technical expertise in generating product export files, data manipulation and analysis.
  • Create process and training documentation for new end to end product setup functionality.
  • Support consolidation and maintenance of training materials.
  • Partner with ST (Technology) resources to define phase II project requirements.
  • Support platform development including incremental rollout with QA, project management, and triage.
  • Own assigned product governance requests ensuring process and/or enhancement are complete and all relevant parties have been communicated.
  • Provide product data governance support for changes to the enterprise product hierarchy and platform functional requests.
  • Support initiatives to expand. Including, but not limited to, supporting product setup and review of store stock, test products.
  • Perform all necessary requirements planning, documentation and communication steps to complete enhancement projects.
  • Triage bugs/data issues with business and ST (technology) teams.
  • Work closely with the technology teams during Agile sprints.
  • Provide validation, testing and maintenance support of Starbuck's systems
  • Document process and maintenance activities.
  • Create training reflective of new functionality delivered through sprint releases.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work PST hours
  • 3+ Years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
  • Experience working in teams leveraging Agile Methodology
  • Intermediate to Advanced MSFT Excel skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter and can work autonomously, a self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with a solution driven mindset
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
  • Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of project
  • Hard working, quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism
  • Work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, change in business requirements and self-prioritize under pressure

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.  
 
The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
