THE TEAM

As a Product Manager at Amplify, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's products. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product strategy, and driving the execution of product development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and possesses a strong business acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap

    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, design, and marketing to drive product development and launch initiatives.
    • Lead and inspire teams towards successful project completion.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback, turning insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

    • Work within an agile environment, leveraging Jira
    • Manage work within a quarterly planning framework
    • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
    • Monitor and manage product performance throughout its lifecycle, implementing updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
    • Work closely with finance teams to forecast and analyze financial performance related to the product portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Effectively communicate product strategy, updates, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3 years' experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • 3 years’ experience in guest facing and/or guest serving applications (preferred)  
  • Expert in Agile methodologies 
  • Experience with key decision making on prioritization and roadmap of business-critical systems and guest experiences
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Must be local to the greater Seattle area

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS     
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us. 
 
The beginning salary range for this role is $65,000- $90,000.
 
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $100,000.
