Responsibilities:  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst proficient in ADVANA and ENVISION to join our dynamic team. As an Analysts, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets using ADVANA, a comprehensive analytics platform, and/or ENVISION, a powerful data visualization tool. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation will play a crucial role in supporting informed decision-making across various business units.

  • Data Extraction and Transformation
    • Utilize ADVANA to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from diverse sources.
    • Implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity for accurate analysis.
  • Analytics and Interpretation
    • Apply statistical and analytical methods to interpret data trends and patterns
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and develop relevant metrics
  • ENVISION Visualization
    • Design and create compelling visualizations in ENVISION to present complex data in a clear and insightful manner
    • Develop dashboards and reports for effective communication of data-driven insights
  • Report Generation
    • Generate comprehensive reports summarizing key findings and insights derived from ADVANA and ENVISION analyses.
    • Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers to understand data requirements and deliver valuable insights.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure aligns with analytical needs

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis using ADVANA and/or ENVISION.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Security Clearance required; level to be determined
SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS   
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.
The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $120,000.
