ABOUT THE ROLE

Works closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, Technology Teams and 3rd Party Vendors to ensure end to end roadmaps are in place for applicable Program. Roadmap will tie to strategic initiatives for the organization and should take into consideration all program level risks and dependencies to inform sequencing. Activities include:

  • Participating in intake process for Program
  • Responsible for managing holistic budget for program
  • Active participant in Program Management Community of Practice
  • Creating and managing program roadmap
  • Utilizing development team to manage overall execution within program
  • Partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables
  • Working closely with third parties and teams across multiple time zones (Asia, Europe, NA) to enable execution of International Business Initiatives

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be local to the greater Seattle area
  • 3+ years of program management experience in eCommerce or Retail space
  • 3+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in eCommerce or Retail space
  • Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner certification or Organizational Change Management experience desired
  • Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing $2M plus budgets
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS     
 
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.  
 
The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
