ABOUT THE POSITION
Web producers for our client demonstrate passion for great design and flawless execution. They’re experts in expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible systems and processes that achieve bar-raising quality and consistency for our website and other company-owned platforms. The ideal candidate excels at keeping the work on track while maintaining (and raising) the quality bar. They offer options and tradeoffs, crisply articulate decisions, iterate quickly, and collaborate seamlessly with cross functional partners, designers, engineers, and more.
We’re looking for a Producer with experience in managing quick-moving roadmaps, rapid experimentation and learning, and constant prioritization of resources to run the day to day activities of our client's acquisition focused teams. You would be joining a team focused on iterating and improving beautiful and engaging web experiences that gives our users the answers and information they need to choose one or more of our client's products.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of two teams. These teams focus on rethinking the inbound experience to enhance user experience (UX) for both self-serve and sold funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to develop, pitch, and execute engaging web experience experiments, optimizations, and enhancements aimed at improving user understanding and engagement with our brand.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, escalating issues to the Production Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project management systems, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking, to ensure project status is always clear to the team.
  • Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project status and seeking input from other teams to ensure project success.
  • Continuously improve team processes and methodologies by implementing industry best practices and collaborating with other teams to advance overall and team-specific OKRs
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum Requirements
  • You bring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in integrated production for tech-driven companies or agencies
  • You bring a Producer mindset, a hybrid of Project Management and Product Management, with a focus on both outcomes and outputs, under one collective vision
  • You excel at conceptualizing and executing compelling web experiences that drive new user acquisition or prompt engagement with Sales via our client's website
  • Your strategic planning abilities are robust, enabling you to develop roadmaps that not only align with our client's company values but also propel them closer to their overarching goals
  • You bring a wealth of experience in managing teams that thrive on rapid iteration, continuous learning, and the swift deployment of changes, all of which directly impact the company’s business via our client's website

Preferred Qualifications

  • You're adept at empowering cross-functional teams to cultivate an experimentation culture grounded in data-informed hypotheses and decision-making processes
  • You have a proven track record of leading experiments from ideation through to completion, driving impactful outcomes along the way
  • Collaboration comes naturally to you, especially when it involves identifying and acting upon optimization opportunities alongside cross-functional teams
  • Your background includes hands-on involvement with teams responsible for growth and marketing funnel strategies, emphasizing a commitment to rapid and continuous experimentation aimed at conversion
  • You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve project goals
  • Your approach to work is characterized by a willingness to take creative risks, always prioritizing a user-first mindset to strike a balance between speed, quality, and meticulously crafted outcomes
  • Communication is one of your strengths, as you're adept at effectively conveying work progress, processes, and decisions to team members and stakeholders while actively seeking and integrating feedback
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, where you contribute seamlessly to fostering a culture of learning and growth among all team members
  • Highly organized and with a keen eye for detail, you bring excellent presentation and communication skills to the table, coupled with a genuine passion for achieving perfection
