Responsibilities: 

  • Lead data analytics projects, integrating Tableau as a core tool for visualizing and interpreting data.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into actionable Tableau-based analytics solutions.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to provide insightful data visualizations and business intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, ensuring alignment with Amplify’s strategic goals and client objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on Tableau development and best practices in data visualization.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team to enhance project delivery and team performance.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to inform project strategies and improve outcomes, leveraging Tableau analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Data Analytics Consultant, with 3-5+ years in a Senior Tableau development role and a project lead role. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau leveraging features that drive optimization such as parameters, LOD's, sheet swapping, etc. 
  • Standard Tableau knowledge including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visual analytics, and knowing how to best optimize modeling data in Tableau directly or through data warehouse.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage data analytics projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics principles, data structures, and business intelligence trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts is advantageous.

    Bonus:
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake
SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS   
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.
The beginning salary range for this role is $120,000-135,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000
