We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact in all matters regarding compensation and benefits including handling the external payroll provider
  • Advising and supporting HR Business Partners, HR Operations team members and further stakeholders in compensation & benefits queries, including payroll
  • Steering our external payroll provider succeeding best possible quality management and process optimization as well as ensuring monthly payroll preparation including monthly commission payout
  • Defining and mapping HR KPIs, analysis, KPI Dashboards, benchmarks, forecasts and budget planning to advise our Stakeholders in strategic decisions
  • Acting sparringspartner for HR, Accounting & Controlling and ensuring data quality in all compensation and benefits processes
  • Leading the annual salary review process as well as responsible for professionalization and automation of local compensation and benefits processes
  • Conception and further development of existing HR processes and evaluating further topics related to HR Analytics and compensation and benefits, e.g. data quality management, implementation of new compensation and benefits programs
  • Active contribution to our global HR Transformation and supporting the organizational change from the HR perspective

Your profile:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration, psychology or IT or a comparable degree with an analytical focus
  • Four to six years of professional experience in an analytical HR role, ideally in an international, fast-growing retail company
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on HR, ideally with solid experience in compensation and benefits topics as well as a full understanding in payroll processes
  • High passion for HR topics and company transformations
  • Very good digital and analytical-conceptual skills as well as a result-oriented way of working with interest in constant process optimization and dynamic change
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of service issues
  • Fluent German and good English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced user of MS-Office, perfect Excel skills are necessary
