We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

Senior HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact for our German employees and German apprentices in all matters regarding the employment relationship
  • Advising our HR Business Partners in queries regarding labor law cases and cooperation with external parties in legal topics
  • Administrative processing from entry to exit of all our managers, employees and apprentices (including the preparation of contracts, change assignments, certificates and attestations), including all the specifics of acquiring new stores
  • Ensuring monthly payroll preparation in cooperation with our external service provider as well as determining and preparing HR KPI´s
  • Conception and management of individual projects in the HR Operations team as well as development and implementation of internal HR processes
  • Active contribution to our global HR Transformation and supporting the organizational change from the HR perspective
  • Optimization of HR processes and infrastructure as well as further development and implementation of several topics related to benefits and total rewards
  • First point of contact for labor-, tax- and social security issues

Your profile:

  • completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training as a human resources manager (m/f/d) or a comparable degree with an HR focus
  • Four to six years of professional experience in operational HR role, ideally in an international, fast-growing retail company
  • Passion for securing and optimizing administrative tasks as well as a careful and conscientious way of working
  • Good user knowledge of German labor and social security law as well as a full understanding in payroll processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of service issues
  • Very good digital and analytical-conceptual skills as well as a result-oriented way of working with pleasure in constant process optimization and dynamic change
  • Fluent English and German skills (both written and spoken) and experienced user of MS-Office
