Senior HR Business Partner at Manager Level (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Sparring partner for our regional and area managers: advising, supporting and assisting our managers in operational, HR-related, labour law and strategic issues
  • Supporting the achievement of corporate and sales targets as well as sharing responsibility for personnel and budget planning in the respective region
  • Monitoring productivity with a focus on possible productivity increases
  • Support in the integration of new stores
  • Optimising the leadership culture and supporting talent management processes as well as developing regional talents and conducting exit interviews
  • Developing, analysing and commenting on personnel key figures and reports

Your profile:

  • Above-average degree in economics, personnel management or comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR and/or sales as well as profound knowledge in human resources management and ideally strong expertise in labour law
  • Strong analytical skills as well as structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work and strong consulting skills
  • High level of initiative, interest in taking over responsibility as well as high commitment, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
  • You like dynamic working environments and you want to have a personal impact
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (at the beginning of the job approx. 1 to max. 2 days of travel per week in the respective sales region to get to know the talents and managers)
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
