The Global Senior Brand Specialist will be accountable for brand & media activities at global level, supporting specific regions (i.e. Americas/Apac) to effectively manage communication & media contents/tools and drive profitable growth for the brand.

 
Specific Activities

 

To work in the Mktg Global Brand & Media team, being responsible of:

  • identifying locally relevant consumer insights and help in creating winning consumer strategies that deliver against consumer and company objectives
  • designing multi TPs communication campaigns (i.e. from strategic approach to production and delivery), turning customer understanding into compelling communication ideas and bringing global strategies to life
  • deploying 360° integrated campaign (ATL/BTL/Digital), both from a content and a media planning perspective
  • global media measurement tracking & monitoring activities: regularly liaise with countries and external partners (media agency, consultants) to collect data, analyse media performance and ROI and suggest actionable reco
  • liaising with Global Digital dept, to ensure maximum consistency and coherence within communication platform
  • managing effective relationships with local teams, to understand specific business needs and features and be able to support the teams and act accordingly
  • interacting collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement the relevant elements of the brand agenda at local level
  • managing brand visual identity and guidelines, evolving it according to business strategy and adapting it for local purposes

 


Related Job Requirements/Qualifications

You're the right person if you:

  • hold a University Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a background in Marketing (Brand, Communication & Media focus)   
  • have gained a previous relevant Marketing experience in multinational companies, preferably FMCG or Telco, (at least 4/5 years as jr BM/BM)
  • have proven experience of multi TPs communication campaign design, from strategic approach to production and delivery
  • have experience in deploying 360° integrated campaign (ATL/BTL/Digital), both from a content and a media planning perspective
  • are able to effectively liaise with external creative & media agencies                          
  • are highly structured, with strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • are proactive, team player and able to handle complexity
  • speak Italian and English fluently and would like to work with multicultural and dynamic teams
  • are willing to travel
  • possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office
