Who we are looking for

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with the new Global Retail Excellence function in designing the Amplifon service model
  • Design store processes  and protocols improvements harmonizing current existing best practices
  • Design optimal processes to manage administrative services, cash collection and stock and identify KPIs to be tracked
  • Responsible for the definition of the communication flow model to the stores
  • Design optimal support service to promptly respond to store needs, anticipate problems and generate new insights
  • Collaborate with the Global Rex team, Regions and other functional teams on key Group projects

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You must be happy to travel, have a great attitude and be a real team player.


Strong experience in Retail operations

  • Very strong project management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates high ownership and accountability
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
  • Strong modelling and presentation skills
  • Team player
