Who we are looking for 

The Global CRM Intern will support the Global CRM Strategy Manager in the following activities:

  • Supporting and assisting in analysis of results and impact of CRM campaign (e.g. mailing and telemarketing activities)
  • Monitoring cross-country results and supporting the delivery of strategical projects
  • Preparing internal meetings presentations



What you'll need 

You’re the right person if you: 

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar

  • Possess advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas), Access and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English

  • Possess strong statistical skill and analytical capabilities

  • Have a strong inclination to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts

  • Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills

  • Previous Internship experience in Marketing/CRM is a plus
