As the IT Operations Manager you will be a key player in IT projects that will transform the way that National Hearing care operates so if you are someone that loves a challenge and driving projects then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
You will coordinate and manage the ICT Operations. You will be leading a team of applications, infrastructure and service desk specialists providing coaching, mentoring and training to enable your team to perform to their greatest ability and achieve company objectives. You will be ensuring that the IT system solutions implemented are compliant with corporate strategic IT strategic direction and meets the business objectives.
You are a natural leader, naturally engaging and have proven experience leading high performing teams. Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none. You are driven and focused to achieve results and have a solution focussed mindset. You thrive on being challenged and working on projects.
Ideally you will also have:
- A Degree or Diploma in IT
- ITIL knowledge and expertise
- Minimum 5 years in IT systems management/operation roles
- Minimum 3 years hands-on project management experience in a global company
- Experience in service and contract management with external vendors
- Be commercially astute and have the ability to contribute to and influence continuous business improvement
