Contact Centre Representative
Who are we?
At Bay Audiology, the heart of our mission is to help people rediscover the joy of hearing. With over 100 clinics located throughout New Zealand we have grown to become one of the countries leading audiology providers. Our contact centre is instrumental to all we do and located at our Head Office in Takapuna, within close vicinity to public transport and motorway access.
About the role:
Our Contact Centre Representative manages our customer journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your days will be spent answering inbound calls, offering free hearing checks, contacting existing database customers and general customer service; all the while leaving a great impression with your friendly nature and genuine interactions.
We currently have the option of full time 40 hours per week, or part time option working 1pm - 5pm.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Customer Services/Retail or Contact Centre
Confident verbal communication skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Patience and genuine empathy with the elderly
Genuine desire to go the extra mile for our customers
Problem solving initiative
Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
