The objective of the Call Center Supervisor is the creation, development and maintenance of all Telemarketing campaigns, by nominative types, segmentation and life cycle.He is responsible for coordinating the operations of the external call centers, ensuring compliance with the defined objectives and their alignment with CC Corporate.
