Group Total Reward & Global Mobility Specialist

Job Purpose

As a member of the Group HR team, this individual will report into the Group Total Reward & Global Mobility Manager and will provide expert advice and support on total reward, executive compensation and global mobility matters to the whole organization worldwide.

Key accountabilities

The purpose of this role is to provide support on two main areas:

Total Reward/ Executive Compensation

  • Support the preparation and handle the LTI and STI plans, the salary review process including eligibility checking, budget modelling, reference range setting and system readiness etc.
  • Provide data analytical support on reward and performance programs/projects
  • Contribute to the preparation of remuneration commitee activities
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate accrual of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Support HRBP during new Job evaluations and Job Grading
  • Provide comprehensive compensation support for executive officers globally
  • Provide support in the management of stock programs

 

Global Mobility

  • Work closely with HR business partners around the world when planning cross-border travel to ensure that immigration, tax and social security requirements are met in alignment with the Global Mobility group policy
  • Interact with 3rd party providers, including immigration, tax, payroll and relocation service to ensure timely, quality services are provided within agreed Global Mobility group policy

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION 

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in Total Reward/Executive Compensation in corporate HR departments of multinational companies or specialized consulting firms
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong anaytical, structured mindset
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Flexible / adaptable
  • Problem solving
  • Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
