What we are looking for

Amplifon has just started one of the largest omnichannel project ever; we summarize below the main goals:

  • massive omnichannel transformation program aiming at laying the foundations of a new technological platform able to deliver unique and distinctive customer experiences and enhance store operations and productivity
  • impactful change management program, involving at global scale more than 5K stores, 30 Call Centers, thousands of audiologists and Client advisors around the world
  • leveraging top-notch technology to enable a new standard of excellence in our growth journey
  • the program is now roll-out the designed global template across the world and we are staffing the global team that will be leading and managing this transformation

Collaborating with the cross functional Squads, the incumbent will support:

  • leading Retail Excellence function within the project team to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the omnichannel projects
  • ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the Country key stakeholders
  • design, gather and formalize requirements, set priorities based on users’ needs
  • partner with IT to plan and prioritize the activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation, while leveraging on the latest technologies
  • anticipating project risks and reporting them to the manager in charge, while providing possible solutions
  • contributing to the improvement of current processes, policies, standards, and evaluation principles
  • keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs

What you'll need

  • 2- 3 years of Project Management (or comparable) experience / consulting experience in digital transformation projects
  • Knowledge of retail/Telco/luxury&fashion industry
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills
  • Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of understanding of Salesforce
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical and strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with little oversight or management
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-energy and mission-driven colleagues
  • Experience at independently managing digital projects in an international environment
  • The ability to identify relevant insights from reports ,to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
  • Strategic mindset, Agile and quick thinker
  • Possessing high level of integrity and ethics
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA up to 40%
