About the role:

As our roving Client Care Coordinator you will provide front clinic support across all our clinics in the Canterbury region.  Primarily based in Papanui or Christchurch Central, you could also be asked to travel to Ashburton, Greymouth or Rangiora at times. 

The role itself is varied, working closely with our clinicians and Ear Nurse, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the scheduling of appointments, customer service including basic hearing aid repairs, consumable sales and conducting hearing screening.   

This is a great customer focused role, working Mondays/ Thursday /Fridays 8.30am - 5.00pm
