What we are looking for

Reporting to the Global Solution Design Manager, we are looking for a talented ERP Design Analyst to support the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Departments. The Solution Design Analyst will participate in the execution of the ERP design relative to process improvement, new projects, and supporting the ERP implementations. Scope of work is the entire functionality of procurement worldwide.


  • Develops and manages architecture roadmaps and technology plans with business and technical staff leadership
  • Effectively engages with internal staff and external partners to design and implement exceptional solutions to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Functional analysis of the process and support in the redesign of business processes
  • Act as a center of expertise, staying abreast of developments in the ERP space and continually upgrading functional knowledge and then applying and sharing that knowledge across the organization

Initiating corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track: 

  • Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans;
  • Lead and manage the internal team and consultants by providing support, direction and guidance to ensure the function is adequately skilled, motivated, developed and correctly resourced to meet project KPIs

Communication & change management

Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders;

Leading on-going communication with key stakeholders to update them on key aspects of the projects (KPIs, risks, mitigations) to ensure user adoption and smooth transition;

Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated;

Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of the external consultants based on agreed KPIs;

Ensuring perfect collaboration and project alignment with key stakeholders which include IT expert, finance and senior management:

  • Securing the required time commitment from stakeholders/business users to assist in the development of solutions e.g. involvement in workshops, UAT, design sign off
  • Create a collaborative culture; support a culture of collaboration across the global IT function but also with the business/operation/finance/senior management

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of successfully delivery and design of ERP Solution
  • Strong ERP background with a passion for delivering high quality and high-performance business solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to translate business objectives into supporting system requirements
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to quickly build confidence and rapport with executives, leadership, project team members, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally across the organization; communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
