We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

HR Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Defining and mapping HR KPIs, analysis, KPI Dashboards, benchmarks to advise our Stakeholders in strategic decisions
  • Monthly preparation of our local workforce planning, Head Count, FTE & Labor Cost forecasts as well as yearly budget planning
  • First point of contact in all matters regarding HR metrics as well as advising and supporting HR Business Partners, the HR Operations team members and further stakeholders in analytical business requirements
  • Ensuring data quality within the HR Operations team with regular quality checks in all HR-related systems
  • Steering our global external provider and local IT department in case of bugs within our HR systems, ensuring best possible master data and quality management
  • Conception and further development of existing HR processes and evaluating further topics related to HR Analytics, e.g. data quality management, implementation of new HR dashboards and reportings
  • Development and implementation of concepts related to HR Analytics and collaboration in strategic HR projects
  • Active contribution to our global HR transformation and supporting the organizational change from the HR perspective

Your profile:

  • completed Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration, psychology, IT or a comparable degree with an analytical focus
  • Up to two years of professional experience in an analytical HR role, ideally in an international, fast-growing retail company
  • First experience in project management with a focus on HR combined with a solid understanding of HR Analytics
  • Very good digital and analytical-conceptual skills as well as a result-oriented way of working with interest in constant process optimization and dynamic change
  • Excellent communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Fluent German and good English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced user of MS-Office, perfect Excel skills are necessary
  • High passion for HR topics and company transformations
