What we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Digital Ecosystem Manager for Mobile Product & Services in the Corporate Marketing Department.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Guide the supplier involved in UX / UI processes to support the Innovation stream
  • Guide and coordinate external suppliers to ensure the creation of digital services to support the Continuous stream, with particular focus on mobile solutions
  • Lead the agile team in coordination with the IT department to ensure global services implementation in line with business needs, medical certification requirements and product launches
  • Manage the backlog, iteratively plan and prioritize the User Stories by participating at all agile ceremonies
  • Be a global focal point for all the EMEA, APAC and US Countries to coordinate the rollout of digital services in line with strategic planning, ensuring delivery success
  • Guarantee the maintenance of the mobile certification
  • Guarantee the development and monitoring of customer satisfaction KPIs

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the design and development of digital customer solutions (products / services, App)
  • Agile experience as a product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Problem solving aptitude and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
  • Master degree, preferably in computer engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Italian 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent skills in organization and time management
  • Creative and innovative approach to defining the product or service vision
  • UX / UI Design Thinking skills
  • Health knowledge as a plus
