Amplifon Contact Centre Representative - Takapuna

Our contact centre plays an integral role within our business, being the first point of contact at the start of our customer’s journey.  You will be calling our clients to offer them appointments into one of our many clinics around New Zealand to keep on top of their hearing health

What we are looking for:

  • Providing gold/great customer service to each client you speak to
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Enthusiasm and Optimism attitude
  • Monday to Friday 10.30am to 7pm Shift – NO WEEKENDS

The Role:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Meet and exceed monthly and daily KPI’s
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Answer queries and providing information
  • Contacting new and existing clients to book appointments
