Director of Franchise Administration

The Director of Franchise Administration, will help develop, implement, and maintain all complex legal franchise administration duties, processes, and programs to achieve company objectives. Our Director of Franchise Administration also acts as a bridge to the franchise community to ensure compliance of operating standards and policies.
A successful candidate is efficient at analyzing business and financial situations and translating data into actionable insights. In this highly visible role, you’ll have the ability to manage and see cross-functional strategic initiatives through, from concept to deployment, leveraging resources, tools and people to bring solutions to our franchise partners as they drive improved financial performance. The ability to lean on your past franchise experience, paired with a drive to meet deadlines will make you a VIP candidate.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies or other equivalent field.
- Experience within the Hearing Health Care Industry highly preferred.
- 8-10 years of multi-state franchise management experience.
- 5+ years of administering complex legal agreements in compliance with franchising legal framework.
- Must be personable, ethical, have a clean work record in terms of financial dealings in the past.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBI.
