Global Digital Analytics & Insights Manager

What we are looking for

For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Analytics & Insights Manager who will support the Global Digital Team in measuring performances and identifying actionable insights on our digital properties.

Position detail

  • Monitor and measure analytics and funnel data
  • Ensure data collection works properly in all countries
  • Monitor the industry on digital to analyze competitors’ performances and identify emerging challenges and opportunities 
  • Proactively identify insights and opportunities for optimizations
  • Ideate and monitor A/B test to optimize conversion rates
  • Produce reports and dashboards to ensure data and insights are always accessible
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Digital Team and Local Digital Managers to perform on-demand analyses
  • Mashup and analyze different data sets to support the business with high-value insights
  • Monitor and optimize SEO activities and performances coordinating external agencies

What you'll need

  • 5 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Data-driven approach
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management


  • Attitude to work in a team in challenging and fast-changing environments
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
