As an already successful and tenacious HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist, your focus will be to provide outstanding leadership to designated clinics to achieve business results whilst maintaining excellent customer interactions, audiological excellence and engaged and motivated clinic teams.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the productivity and quality of service to customers throughout Amplifon Clinics in your cluster
  • Managing the performance and daily operations of a number of identified clinics either directly or through leadership of the appointed Clinic Managers
  • Support on the job induction, coaching, development and training of the clinic team to achieve individual and team KPIs
  • To undertake own clinic audiology case load and clinic responsibilities whilst supporting the rest of the team to improve clinic performance and audiological standards under the direction of the Area Manager


About you

With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Audiology industry, you will be results focused with proven strong management qualities, with the ability to coach, support and develop others.

You will also demonstrate the following:

  • Strong audiological standards and ability to follow protocols and policies
  • Confident and professional when dealing with customers
  • Proven collaboration skills to building strong relationships and share good practice
  • Good judgement and decision making ability
  • High sense of initiative and self motivation
  • Reliable, acts with integrity, and highly tolerant in all situations
