What we are looking for

Amplifon “Global IT Data, CRM and Call Center” team is currently seeking for a Campaign Automation Specialist. He or she will support the Business during the Requirements collection and will participate to the design, development, QA testing and support of the enterprise campaign automation solution. This position will require working with Business & IT teams and with technology business partners throughout the software development life cycle to grant the complete fulfillment of the business requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis mainly for Marketing area
  • Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements, and business rules by engaging with Marketing
  • Delivery of complex enterprise campaign automation solution and subsequent enhancement, with comprehensive understanding in Architecture, System Integration, Security, Performance, Scalability and Reliability
  • Be the subject matter expert for client data and omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordination of project activities, ensuring the software quality and integrations with the various company systems involved, granting the respect of deadlines and budget
  • Interact with application development, enterprise architecture, technology teams and vendors on a regular basis
  • Investigation of application issues to determine root causes, resolve any data issues and recommend process change to prevent reoccurrence
  • Perform work on time, within scope and with high customer satisfaction

What you'll need

  • Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes. Highly appreciated in the Retail industry
  • Business needs analysis - ability to define business's requirements within the context of their function
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects, meet timelines, and deliver results
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong skill in problem solving
  • Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly Corporate changing environment
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Proven SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse and Oracle Data Integrator highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 highly appreciated


  • >2 years working experience in functional analyst role, in CRM or Campaign Management projects highly appreciated
  • 3-5 Year degree in Computer Science preferred or Economics
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Any successful candidate will be required to be fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
