We are looking for an intern that will join our Corporate Marketing team in the Customer Experience unit!

Main activities will include support project leader in the following activities:

 

-Design and implementation of the new Amplifon omnichannel experience

-Coordination of cross-functional initiatives insisting on the customer journey

-Being the guardian of consistency from a customer perspective along the journey

-Coordination and management of the customer experience measurement project in roll-out within Amplifon countries

-Liaising with creative agencies & consulting partners + internal stakeholders

 

Desired skills and Experience

You’re the right person if you:

-Have a background in Innovation Management and Marketing, or Management engineering

-Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams

-Are highly structured and accountable (Project management skills are required)

-Are proactive and able to handle complexity

-Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive

-Truly passionate around design thinking and customer centricity

-Are curious and passionate around CX and innovation trends

-Possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel)

-Previous Internship experience in marketing or Omnichannel experience transformation project is a plus
