What we are looking for

Our HR Corporate Teams dedicated to Global Functions is currently searching for an HRBP based in our Corporate Offices in Milan.
Business HR drives business results partnering closely to leaders by anticipating needs and advising through workforce, talent data and insights with a focus on strategic organization design, change management and
transformation, while ensuring proper level of employees' engagement.
Business HR integrates CoE best practices and business needs, execute policies and processes being supported by People Services.

Our Global Functions HRBP will: 

  • Drive the Global HR strategy agenda in the Function with special focus on organizational design and talent pipeline partnering with CoE, Regions and countries for effective implementation
  • Define functions workforce planning and recruitment needs, build the talent pipeline across geographies within function
  • Identify functional competencies needs and provide development
  • Act as change and transformation agent
  • Provide coaching and consultancy in the function of responsibility across geographies
