Contact Centre Manager - Takapuna

About the role:

Our contact centre is instrumental to the success of our business.  We are seeking an experienced leader, with a proven track record of success, to oversee the day to day operations of our growing call centre team (currently a team of 22).

This position manages the inhouse call centre to drive traffic into our clinics.  Your role includes developing and managing our call centre systems and procedures, managing resource/workflow and training, delivering on KPI’s, all the while ensuring an engaged and positive culture.
