Who we are looking for
The Global CRM Intern will support the Global CRM Strategy Manager in the following activities:
- Supporting and assisting in analysis of results and impact of CRM campaign (e.g. mailing and telemarketing activities)
- Monitoring cross-country results and supporting the delivery of strategical projects
- Preparing internal meetings presentations
What you'll need
You’re the right person if you:
Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar
Possess advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas), Access and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Possess strong statistical skill and analytical capabilities
Have a strong inclination to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts
Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills
Previous Internship experience in Marketing/CRM is a plus
