For our Italian headoffice in Milan, we are currently looking for a Medical Marketing Manager.

Role Purpose:

Responsible to develop essential marketing capabilities (e.g. brand positioning, content development, digital development, channel optimization, internal scientific training) and business acumen (healthcare ecosystem, customer knowledge) that enable the development and execution of the integrated Brand Value proposition

Scope:

This role is integrated across the Medical management organization to lead the Medical Marketing Team to design and develop an integrated marketing strategy which consist in optimizing all marketing materials including branding, scientific contents, channel mix for target customers, scientific congresses, scientific training, working closely with the Brand & Customer Acquisition Department. The role is also responsible to drive Amplifon market positioning throughout the Healthcare environment and ensure an optimal end – to end customer experience providing to the Field Medical Marketing all the material needed.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive the development of the strategic and tactical medical marketing plan
  • Translate the value proposition into persuasive communication
  • Build an insight based multidisciplinary annual medical marketing plan
  • Provide Medical Marketing leadership and drive innovation for the Brand throughout its lifecycle and oversee brand success that truly delivers for healthcare providers, clients and Amplifon
  • Manage agencies/vendors to deliver creative and innovative projects on-time and on-budget
  • Provide materials and scientific contents to Field Sales and Field Medical colleagues in order to ensure the consistency of the Amplifon messages

Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience as Marketing /Brand Manager in Pharma or Medical Devices companies
  • Understanding of marketing practices and concepts
  • Understanding of Account planning and Customer Engagement program and processes
  • Previous experience as People Manager
  • Excellent indirect/influencing skills
