The Delivery Manager purpose is to supervise, coordinate and address project activities in order to
guarantee the solution country specific rollout in line with the global design and according with planned
time and costs. She/he guarantees the communication and collaboration between the corporate and local
teams ensuring the corporate project guidelines are correctly understood and executed at local level.
Your area of responsibility will encompass the following activities in particular:
Check the execution of the project is in line with the overall project scope, guidelines, framework, etc.
Facilitate and support the communication between the corporate and local project teams
Be the point of contact for the local teams with regards to project information and guidelines
Involved during the project planning phase to ensure all the customer's needs are addressed in a manner
that is consistent with the Amplifon brand
Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or customer experience
Must be able to facilitate / drive a successful outcome from stakeholder meetings
Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle in the design and construction industries
Strong goal oriented approach, problem solving and negotiations skills
A self starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Energetic and well-spoken with impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a compressed time frame
Ability to maintain order and efficiency in a stressful environment
Strong experience of project delivery managing medium to large scale IT and Business
Strong communication and moderator skills
Good knowledge of Finance and Procurement Processes
Good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics AX, etc..)
Fluent in English
