What we are looking for

Amplifon “Global IT Data, CRM and Call Center” team is currently seeking for a Campaign Automation Operation Specialist. He or she will interact with Business and development team during both project and operational phases to properly design the support service, thus granting service availability and continuity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customers feedback
  • Prioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context and understood criticalities
  • Ensure service continuity, while coordinating release of complex enterprise campaign automation solution and subsequent enhancement, with comprehensive understanding in Architecture, System Integration, Security, Performance, Scalability and Reliability
  • Be the first point of contact for any critical issue or improvement need related to marketing campaign platform and the support processes involved
  • Be the subject matter expert for client data and omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Interact with application development, enterprise architecture, technology teams and vendors on a regular basis
  • Investigation of application issues to determine root causes, resolve any data issues and recommend process change to prevent reoccurrence
  • Perform work on time, within scope and with high customer satisfaction

 
What you'll need

Skills

  • Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes. Highly appreciated in the Retail industry
  • Business needs analysis - ability to define business's requirements within the context of their function
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects, meet timelines, and deliver results
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong skill in problem solving
  • Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly Corporate changing environment
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Proven SQL knowledge
  • System Administrations competencies highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse and Oracle Data Integrator highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 highly appreciated

Qualifications

  • >2 years working experience in functional analyst role, in CRM or Campaign Management projects highly appreciated
  • 3-5 Year degree in Computer Science preferred or Economics
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Any successful candidate will be required to be fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
