We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

Business Intelligence Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible to support the marketing team with technical and statistical analysis around our key business drivers (regional analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint)
  • You build hypothesis, develop models to test and derive business relevant recommendations
  • You develop analytical tools to automate insights generation from data to support marketing and business decision-making
  • You build visual management tools to support the performance tracking of business and projects
  • You use big data approaches to support the development of long-term strategic decisions
  • You ensure an automated flow of data in our customer operations
  • You are the interface to the corporate analytics network and the local analyst community
  • You collaborate in inter-disciplinary projects

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in any data and mathematics or statistics related discipline
  • You have practical experience in business intelligence, applied statistical analysis, data analysis preferably in related in business context
  • You are experienced in the databases structures and the processing of large datasets
  • You have a high degree of self-initiative and critically question the status quo
  • You possess analytical thinking and judgement and have organizational and negotiating skills
  • You have already first experiences with data visualization tools (MS PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • You are able to code SQL or any other kind of programming language
  • You like to take on responsibility and act quickly and solution-oriented
  • You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken)
