We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

(Senior) HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact for our employees and apprentices in all matters relating to the employment relationship
  • Administrative processing from entry to exit of all our managers, employees and apprentices (including the preparation of contracts, change assignments, certificates and attestations), including all the specifics of acquiring new stores
  • Ensuring preparatory monthly payroll in cooperation with our external service provider as well as determining and preparing HR KPI´s
  • Conception and management of individual projects in the HR Operations team as well as development and implementation of internal HR guidelines
  • Optimization and further development of HR processes as well as further development and implementation of all topics related to benefits and total rewards
  • First point of contact for labor, tax and social security issues


Your profile:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training as a human resources manager (m/f/d) or a comparable degree with an HR focus
  • Two to five years of professional experience in operational HR work, ideally in an international, fast-growing service company
  • Pleasure in securing and optimizing administrative tasks as well as a careful and conscientious way of working
  • Good user knowledge of German labor and social security law
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of service issues
  • Very good digital and analytical-conceptual skills as well as a result-oriented way of working with pleasure in constant process optimization and dynamic change
  • You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken) and can confidently use MS-Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
