Main activities

  • Coordinate the non-financial reporting process, setting deadlines and collaborating with other Corporate Functions and Country local teams to collect quantitative and qualitative non-financial data throughout the Group;
  • Draft the Consolidated Non-Financial Disclosure in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 254/2016 and according to GRI Standards, including supervising materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement activities;
  • Actively collaborate and support external auditors in the audit process;
  • Search for and analyze sustainability best practices;
  • Support the implementation of the Sustainability policy and strategy within the organization in order to contribute positively and proactively to Amplifon’s reputation, commercial competitive advantage and long-term shared value creation;
  • Support and consolidate relationships with Socially Responsible Investors and ESG Rating Agencies
  • Support IR activities primarily in relation to preparation of financial materials (e.g. press releases, presentations, stock performance analyses) and events (e.g. Capital markets Day), relationship management with analysts, institutional investors and corporate broker

Skills and Experiences

  • Graduation in Finance, Economics, Management, Sustainability
  • At least 4/5 years of experience in sustainability/CSR units in multinational or advisory companies
  • Knowledge of environmental, social and governance matters as well as sustainability reporting techniques and GRI Standards
  • Knowledge of the main sustainability ratings (MSCI, Sustainalytics, Dow Jones, FTSE4Good, Vigeo, ISS, etc.) and standards (Sustainable Development Goals, UN Guiding principles, etc.)
  • Data analysis and management, planning and control, with high attention to details
  • Attitude to research and learning
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Italian mother-tongue
  • Good written communication skills
  • Experienced in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to cope with pressure
  • Openness to innovation and intellectual flexibility, and team-work approach
  • Ability to multitask, manage people and multiple projects, meet deadlines
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
