What we are looking for

Amplifon recently initiated an exciting digital transformation project that will deeply and positively impact the business, as described below:

  • A massive omnichannel transformation program aiming at laying the foundations of a new technological platform able to deliver unique and distinctive customer experiences and enhance store operations and productivity
  • An impactful change management program, involving at global scale more than 5K stores, 30 Call Centers, thousands of audiologists and Client advisors around the world
  • leveraging top-notch technology to enable a new standard of excellence in our growth journey

We are now staffing the global team that will be leading and managing this transformation rolling-out the program across our markets. Within this team we are looking for an Omnichannel Transformation Project Leader.

Reporting to the Global CX and Omnichannel Director and collaborating functionally with Retail Excellence and IT teams, the incumbent will be fully accountable of the design and the delivery of the project in a specific set of countries, coordinating a cross-functional team fully dedicated. The candidate will be the key interface between the Corporate Functions and the Country team, effectively managing the relationships with the System Integrator and the technology partners (Salesforce and Xstore)

In particular, the incumbent will:

  • Be fully responsible of the design, deploy and roll out of the aimed transformation in each country
  • Organize and manage the project, assuring timeline and milestones achievements, anticipating and managing possible risks and issues
  • Deeply assess country’s specificities to be included within the requirements of the Global Template
  • Proactively identify and implementing processes, tools, policies, standards, and evaluation principles improvements
  • Oversee project documentation such as project plans, requirements documentation, change control and risk registers
  • Communicate the project status and risks to the Country Leadership Team/key stakeholders
  • Constantly monitor the cost impact of the project and manage the allocated budget
  • Lead and collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive training materials and other change management collateral as appropriate for each initiative
  • Work with technical experts to support and ensure that the technical design aligns with overall business needs
  • Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs

The role is based in Milan.

What you'll need

  • Forte drive e senso di delivery
  •  7-9 years of Project Management (or comparable) experience in digital transformation projects
  • Knowledge of retail Preferable previous experience in Telco or luxury&fashion
  • Strong business awareness: understanding business priorities and needs
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-energy and mission-driven colleagues
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Strong team player, comfortable in international environment
  • Strong leadership in managing squad and cross functional team
  • Strong ability to negotiate, influence and achieving results
  • Strong personal drive
  • Good command of IT competencies
  • Preferred experience with salesforce.com
  • Fluency in English
