Customer Offering Manager

Reporting into the Marketing Director

The Customer Offering Manager understands consumers and defines what product and services can be offered and with which pricing, in order to attract and satisfy customers and to maximize Sales and Marginality.

He/she works to design a successful product offering, by defining products and services portfolio, pricing strategy, promotion & merchandising.


At Amplifon the Customer Offering Manager is responsible for:

  • Lead product and service strategy at Country level
  • Lead pricing decision and implementation
  • Might launch added value services if locally needed and not developed at group level
  • Monitor and control performance at country level
  • Co-design new product / services if needed.
  • Manage product portfolio and Revenue Maximation
  • Be the teamlead for International Projects Implementation in the Offering area

Product & Service

  • Define Product and Service Offer in the country
  • Design value added Services if not in the group roadmap
  • Manage the App
  • Own and Influence Product and Service development


Pricing & Promotion

  • Steer country results via optimal and continuous Price and Margin Realization (Revenue Management)
  • Develop and execute promotional activities calendar, measure results
  • Lead pricing decision and implementation



  • Has a knowledge of Amplifon’s products & services and competitors’ one
  • Can decide which kind of product and services are required to achieve competitive advantage and can describe strategic implications of promotional materials
  • Knows main customer benefits linked to specific products & services and helps the company in deciding how to promote them, ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction
  • Develops product & service marketing strategies, positively influencing consumer behaviours throughout the purchase funnel
  • Can drive innovative selling proposition and help the company in deciding which distribution model to choose
  • Can determine optimal pricing for the market
  • Can measure and monitor product revenue and profit performance to maximize commercial value
  • Can identify the most effective resource allocation across portfolio of products
  • Has a broad experience in project management
  • Is able to communicate with all the stakeholders throughout the organisation

  • Master Degree in Marketing (Product Management, Brand- or Value Proposition Management, Category Management)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electric and electronic equipment area (brown and or white goods)

    • Direct report: responsible for the product specialist
    • Crossfunctional collaboration is key
  • Teamplayer with strong motivational and communication skills
  • Trilingual: Dutch, French & English
