Amplifon NZ trades under two brands; Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing; providing over 100 hearing retail clinics from the top of the North Island, to the bottom of the South Island. About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised, coordination star to join our Property team, overseeing all aspects of property management for our clinics and support office.
Working closely with our Property Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing building repairs and maintenance for our clinics and support office. You will ensure the effective management of security monitoring and support all aspects of clinic relocations, refurbishments and new clinic set ups.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 2.30pm (25 hours per week), based in our Takapuna support office, close to motorway access and Akoranga train station.

We are seeking someone proactive, who can think quickly on your feet, has a sense of urgency to see tasks completed, exceptional follow up skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Previous experience within a similar coordination role would be ideal.
