Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main responsibilities

 

As the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the Global Talent Acquisition Director in designing, building and implementing the Global Talent Acquisition strategy, focusing on both Employer Branding and Recruitment activities. Your area of responsibility will encompass the following activities in particular:

 

  • Support the design and development of global recruiting and Employer branding strategies (including process, tools, projects) ranging from graduates to senior professionals/leaders
  • Contribute to the design and the implementation of the graduate program
  • Position and leverage the Employer Brand through dedicated online communication campaigns and ad hoc projects with academic partners, students’ associations, etc …
  • Act as a proactive advisor and constantly look for ideas and innovative approaches with regards to digital/social resourcing and HR analytics
  • Evaluate vendor tools for desired outcomes and guide vendors to adjustments
  • Actively contribute to enable / lift the skill level of the global HR TA organization with respect to branding and recruiting
  • Actively monitor meaningful metrics and relevant KPIs to measure the success of our initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience in HR, particularly in Recruiting & Employer Branding roles
  • Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong networks and drive collaboration
  • Track record in reaching results in the talent acquisition field -especially in start-up environments-
  • Ability and preference working in a fast-paced, high performing environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-disciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick-wins.
