What we are looking for

Working in close collaboration with business and design team, identify functional requirements and establish high level solutions within applications

Define "to be" processes with an end-to-end perspective, targeting harmonization, simplification and standardization

Evaluate application capabilities to serve business, considering current releases and acknowledging development roadmap 

Serve as functional experts for the application and integration within the area in scope

Maintain the requirements' log for a complete tracking of enhancements and process changes 

Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to implementation team, ensuring a clear and complete understanding

Assist in translating requirements and use cases into functional test scenarios including expected results and exception handling

Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products

Support the execution of test, addressing issues related to solution design and/or product capabilities

Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure requirement fulfilment

What you'll need

  • A bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering or finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business analysis with a focus on finance processes
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud solution with a focus on EPM, PBCS or an equivalent planning platform
  • Ability to communicate at different levels in the organization, including Executives
  • Ability to work in international teams
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Previous experience in similar role on Oracle applications is a must
  • Previous experience in similar industry is a plus
