Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Recruiting for various backoffice positions – from taking in the first briefing to conducting interviews and making the final offer
  • Being a sparringspartner for hiring managers when it comes to recruiting strategies, different channels and assessing candidates
  • Building up the German employer branding with a focus on internal and external activities in particular on social media
  • Realization of school and university marketing activities as well as cooperation with strategic partners for local and international needs
  • Establishment of an external talent pipeline, active sourcing activities and usage of creative ideas to reach the best candidates
  • Supervision of our RPO project in audiologist recruiting, being the interface between store and regional managers, the service provider and our HR Business Partners
  • Local process optimization and collaboration on (international) projects

Your profile:

  • You have very successfully completed your degree in economics, human resources,, psychology or a comparable field
  • First or several years of professional experience in the area of recruiting, employer branding or talent management
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, pro-active way of thinking and working as well as high team orientation
  • You inspire others with your enthusiasm and have a keen sense for people and their potentials
  • High motivation, hands-on mentality and service orientation rounds off your profile
  • You like dynamic working environments and you want to have a personal impact
  • You have fluent German as well as very good English skills
