Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile candidate with a strong passion in procurement and supply relationship to build up relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The Data Analyst intern will support the Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer in the following activities:

  • Support in the daily monitoring of the performance of the main KPIs
  • Prepare and update standard reports, develop new reports in order to satisfy specific requirement and/or new focus
  • Relationship with SalesForce in order to support for the explanation of the data and/or monitor the Action Plan agreement
  • An additional activity to fulfill his time will be the management/storage of the documentation related to internal processes.


What you'll need

You’re the right person if you have:

  • University degree in Mathematical statistics, Engineering or Economics

  • Advanced analytical skills required to perform data analyses in support of sourcing strategy development

  • Fluent knowledge in English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot, macro, statistic, formulas) and Power Point

  • Knowledge reporting applications (e.g. Power Bi, R, Phyton) are nice to have

  • Proactivity, flexibility, attitude to manage complexity

  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving

  • Well organized and able to work under pressure.

  • Good communication
