Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Search Engine Marketing to oversee and manage our SEM efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEM strategies, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to lead a team to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Oversee and manage a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in using SEM tools and platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $300,000.
