You will be responsible for managing the marketing tech stack, driving the selection and integration of new platforms, overseeing analytics and data strategies, and ensuring that AmeriSave stays at the forefront of marketing technology innovation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to align MarTech solutions with campaign objectives, product launches, and overall growth initiatives. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and external partners. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends. Advocate for new tools and capabilities that push the boundaries of what’s possible in our marketing ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of MarTech specialists, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and encourage professional development within the department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of architecting and managing complex MarTech ecosystems, integrating a wide range of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of common marketing technologies and platforms (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CMS) and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
